Service Agreement
All cleaning services provided will be performed as outlined in your estimate or agreed service description. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of booking or quoting. Payment is due upon completion of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee.
Cancellation Policy
Your safety and the safety of our team are our top priority. If poor weather or unsafe conditions require us to reschedule, we will contact you promptly and work with you to find a new appointment time — at no cost to you.

Damage & Liability
Our team takes great care with your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that may be affected during cleaning (e.g. loose siding, damaged gutters, cracked windows). Please notify us of any fragile areas prior to service. We carry insurance for accidental damage caused directly by our work.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure we have clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned. This includes securing pets, moving fragile items, and unlocking gates or doors as needed.
